SA 75-90 Adhesive Film is a toughened adhesive film, available either unsupported or carried on a fiberglass scrim, offering excellent adhesion and drape characteristics.
It provides numerous advantages over traditional wet-layup bonding techniques for attaching composite laminate skins to core materials, including low weight, high strain-to-failure, high toughness, ease of handling, controlled flow, and an 8-week out-life at ambient temperature (18–22°C / 64–72°F).
SA 75-90 features a versatile cure range from 70°C (158°F) to 120°C (248°F).
