Carbon fiber rods manufactured entirely from high-quality carbon fiber and epoxy resin.
These rods are made from genuine carbon fiber reinforcement combined with epoxy resin and produced through a pultrusion process. They feature a constant diameter, excellent straightness, high stiffness, extremely low weight, and a very low coefficient of thermal expansion, making them an ideal material for the construction of frames, trusses, structural assemblies, and reinforcement applications.
As fundamental structural elements, carbon fiber rods are widely used in engineering and high-performance structures. They work particularly well in combination with other laminated carbon fiber products such as carbon fiber tubes and sheets.
The rods are easy to machine and can be cut using a band saw, jigsaw, angle grinder, milling cutter, or rotary tools such as a Dremel®. They can also be sanded with ease.
Thanks to their epoxy matrix, they can be readily bonded using two-component epoxy adhesives.
