Solid fiberglass rod, bar, or profile manufactured entirely from glass fiber reinforcement and polyester resin.
These rods are produced by pultrusion using glass fiber and polyester resin. They feature a constant diameter, excellent straightness, high rigidity, low weight, and a very low coefficient of thermal expansion, making them an ideal material for the construction of frames, trusses, structural assemblies, and reinforcement applications.
As key structural elements, fiberglass rods are widely used in engineering and high-performance structures where strength, dimensional stability, and corrosion resistance are required.
The rods are easy to machine and can be cut using a band saw, jigsaw, angle grinder, milling cutter, or rotary tools such as a Dremel®. They can also be sanded easily.
Manufactured with a low resin content to maximize mechanical performance.
