300 g/m² spread tow biaxial carbon fiber fabric designed for high-performance composite applications where high mechanical strength and low weight are required.
The fabric is manufactured from two layers of 150 g/m² unidirectional carbon fiber, oriented at +45° and -45°, providing excellent shear strength and torsional performance. One side of the fabric incorporates a light epoxy powder binder to stabilize the carbon fibers and maintain the integrity of the reinforcement during handling and processing.
Ideal for use exclusively with epoxy resin systems in the following manufacturing processes:
- Hand lay-up
- Vacuum infusion
- RTM (Resin Transfer Moulding)
This reinforcement offers an excellent balance of strength, weight reduction, and laminate quality for advanced composite structures.
